Born to a French mother and German father, Nadege grew up across three countries, constantly navigating different cultures and identities. 

Despite these rich experiences, her early years weren’t without challenges—she faced bullying as a child and later in the workplace. These moments of adversity could have silenced her, but instead, they fueled her determination to grow stronger and embrace the power of her unique perspective. 

 

 After a successful corporate career working with global teams and clients, Nadege realized something was missing. Too many leaders, expats, and professionals were left unprepared for the complexities of working across cultures. This inspired her to step away from the familiar and build programs that empower individuals to thrive in diverse and challenging environments.  

 

Nadege’s story is one of courage: the courage to leave her comfort zone, to embrace her voice, and to turn personal struggles into a mission to help others. Today, she’s passionate about guiding women to discover their inner strength, embrace their own resilience, and confidently navigate the complexities of life and leadership.
